The rescheduled times are as follows, in local time:

SB 500

• Departure from Nouméa: 1:25 PM on 20 July
• Arrival in Bangkok: 7:50 PM on 20 July
• Departure from Bangkok: 10:00 PM on 20 July
• Arrival in Paris: 5:45 AM on 21 July

SB 501

• Departure from Paris: 9:25 AM on 21 July
• Arrival in Bangkok: 2:20 AM on 22 July
• Departure from Bangkok: 4:30 AM on 22 July
• Arrival in Nouméa: 6:25 PM on 22 July

The new flight schedules and updated itineraries will be communicated to our customers via email and SMS.

The SB340 Noumea–Wallis and SB341 Wallis–Noumea flights scheduled for Monday, 20 July have been rescheduled as follows on Tuesday, 21 July:

Flight SB340: Departure from Noumea at 00:30 a.m. – Arrival in Wallis at 04:20 p.m.

Flight SB341: Departure from Wallis at 05:45 a.m. – Arrival in Noumea at 07:50 a.m.

• Departure from Paris: July 19 at 1:55 PM 
• Arrival in Bangkok: July 20 at 6:50 AM 
• Departure from Bangkok: July 20 at 9:05 AM 
• Arrival in Nouméa: July 20 at 11:00 PM

Noumea, July 17 at 10:00 AM

We regret to inform you that due to a technical issue, flights SB500 and SB501 between Noumea, Bangkok and Paris on July 18 and 19 are delayed and awaiting rescheduling.

Our teams are doing everything possible to offer a new solution as soon as possible.  

New schedules are being reviewed for a departure from Noumea on Juillet 18 and will be communicated to you as soon as they are confirmed.

To receive all information regarding their trip, we invite affected customers to visit the “My Booking” section to verify and update their personal contact information.

Following the grounding of one of our A330neo aircraft due to a technical issue, the short-term flight schedule has been modified with the following rescheduling:

• The Noumea–Papeete flight, initially scheduled to depart from Noumea on 17 July at 09:45 a.m. and arrive in Papeete on 16 July at 06:10 p.m., has been rescheduled to depart from Noumea on 18 July at 01:30 p.m., arriving in Papeete at 09:55 p.m. (operated by Air Tahiti Nui).

• The Papeete–Noumea flight, initially scheduled to depart from Papeete on 16 July at 07:50 p.m. and arrive in Noumea on 17 July at 11:20 p.m., has been rescheduled to depart from Papeete on 17 July at 08:00 a.m., arriving in Noumea at 11:30 a.m. on 18 July (operated by Air Tahiti Nui).

The safety of passengers and crew remains the airline’s highest priority.
